Commercial Photography

Food and
hospitality
at its best.

Fine dining, luxury hospitality, and upscale culinary brands. This portfolio focuses on food and restaurant work — the category with the deepest bench of published assignments. Events, branding, and corporate work live on their own pages.

Working Together

What you get on set.

01

Agency-trained production thinking

A decade of commercial advertising work means I think about your photos the way a brand director would — not just "does this look beautiful" but "does this earn attention and drive a reservation."

02

Tethered on-set review

Art directors and marketing leads see exactly what the final asset looks like before we move on. No surprises in delivery. Framing, color, and composition are locked on set.

03

Full commercial lighting and grip

I bring the gear the job requires — strobes, modifiers, and constant sources built for everything from candlelit dining rooms to open kitchen counters. Nothing to arrange on your end.

04

Brand-ready delivery

Finals land organized and export-ready — cropped for website banners, menus, press kits, and social channels. Your team gets assets they can use immediately, not a raw dump to sort through.

Published Pricing

Photography

Most commercial shoots begin at $900 for a two-hour session — enough to produce three to four unique posts per week for a full month. Half-day and full-day sessions are available for larger shoot lists, seasonal campaigns, and multi-location days.

Monthly content retainers are scoped to your calendar and brand needs — not templated. Video capture options are available on select productions; ask about it on the inquiry form.

How It Works

Brief in. Assets out.

  1. 01 Brief & Planning

We define goals, must-have shots, interior priorities, and all usage needs before shoot day. You receive a practical shot plan built around your content calendar.

  2. 02 Production

On set I run tethered capture with controlled lighting continuity — translating the brief into hero dishes, interiors, and brand moments while stakeholders approve framing in real time.

  3. 03 Post-Production

Color grade, cleanup, and exports. Every image is retouched to match the look we locked on set, then organized by shot category for easy use by your team.

  4. 04 Delivery

Finals arrive in a private gallery link, export-ready — website, social, print, and press formats included. Timeline and final count confirmed before shoot day, no surprises.

FAQ

Questions we get a lot.

Do you photograph full restaurants or just food?

Both — and that's what makes a shoot actually useful. Sessions cover hero dishes, drinks, interiors, staff moments, and exterior shots in a single day so you walk away with a complete content library for your website, Google listing, social media, and press.

What types of clients do you work with?

Fine dining restaurants, upscale casual dining, luxury hotels, private clubs, catering companies, and national food media. I've worked with resort properties like The Ritz-Carlton Amelia Island and media platforms like The Infatuation. The common thread is that the client takes presentation and quality seriously.

Why does the portfolio show mostly food?

Food and hospitality is the category with the deepest bench of publicly attributed work. A portion of broader commercial work — corporate, agency, and branded campaigns — was produced under arrangements where credits belong to the studio rather than to the individual photographer. What's here represents independently commissioned work cleared for public portfolio. The full commercial scope covers events, personal branding, and corporate work too. See the dedicated pages for those.

How does on-location production work?

Production starts with your creative brief — shot architecture, lighting plan, and stakeholder review needs mapped in advance. On set I run tethered capture so art directors see what the final image looks like before we move on. I bring full commercial lighting and modifiers, so nothing needs to be arranged on your end.

How many finals do we receive?

Every shoot is scoped around your goals, not a fixed count. I'll give you a realistic delivery estimate before shoot day so there are no surprises. Finals are organized by category — hero dishes, cocktails, interiors, staff — for easy use by your team.

Do you offer regular content shoots?

Yes. Monthly or quarterly content retainers are available for restaurants and hospitality brands that need consistent visuals across seasonal menus, campaigns, and channel updates. Deliverables are structured to stay aligned with brand guidelines so your team always has approved imagery ready.

How are projects scoped and priced?

Scope is defined by deliverable requirements, usage rights, production complexity, and timeline — not session length alone. Share your brief and I'll prepare a proposal aligned to your brand standards and campaign goals. For events and branding, published rates are on those pages.

What do you need from us before the shoot?

A brief planning call to lock in your shot list, dishes, and schedule. I'll send a prep checklist so your team knows what to have ready — surfaces, plating timing, garnish prep. The planning call alone tends to make shoots run measurably smoother and faster.
